Eddy Foster has spent twenty-five years structuring residential mortgage capital — first inside the largest retail banks in the country, and since 1995 as a licensed mortgage professional. He founded both WallStreet Home Mortgage and Lone Star Home Mortgage, independent brokerages serving clients across Texas, Florida, Louisiana, and Oregon.
He built Lone Star for one reason: the people writing the largest checks of their lives deserved better than a 1-800 number, a junior processor, and a Monday-through-Friday banker who disappears the moment a contract heats up.
